Saint Sual S.L, is a company dedicated to the national and international distribution of erotic products. The basis of its work is customer satisfaction and providing the highest quality services, effectiveness and. The quality and environmental policy is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization and supports the strategic direction, promoting as well the involvement of all company personnel in Continuous Improvement.

To make this objective a reality, Saint Sual expresses its firm intention to implement and maintain an updated Quality Management System based on the guidelines of the International Standard UNE EN ISO 9001, UNE EN ISO 14001, in force, adjusted to the needs of the association, developed in the following guidelines:

● Obtain the highest level of satisfaction of its customers through the services provided.

● Commitment to compliance with legal requirements, other applicable requirements, and other requirements that the organization subscribes to in addition to the commitments acquired with customers.

● Establish continuous improvement as basis of our activities.

● Establish objectives focused on the evaluation of performance in terms of quality, environmental performance.

● Commitment to the protection of the Environment, reducing the impact on the environment, helping to prevent pollution, and promoting actions aimed at the continuous improvement of environmental performance and other specific commitments relevant to Saint Sual context.

● Work together with our suppliers and subcontractors in order to improve their environmental performance.

● Commitment to open and cordial dialogue with the different administrative entities, as well as with other interest groups in our activities.

● These principles are assumed by the Management, who provides the necessary means and provides its employees with sufficient resources for their compliance, expressing them and making them public knowledge through this Policy

Saint Sual Management is committed to meeting the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to it, as well as other requirements that the organization subscribes to. It is also committed to ensuring that this Quality and Environment Policy is disseminated, implemented and kept up to date throughout the association, being aware that the stated objective can only be achieved with the participation and effort of all its members.
